KAYE HAU
Kaye is the Managing Partner at Stratenium, leading the firm’s commercial strategy and client engagements across the APAC region.
With deep experience in the TMT sector through roles at IBM, Singtel, StarHub, and SPTel, she brings expertise in Strategy, Product Development, Go-to-Market, Government Affairs, and Business Operations.
Kaye has led complex transformation programs, secured public funding for nascent tech initiatives, and advises C-level leaders on M&A, GTM, regulatory advisory, and operational excellence. She holds an MBA from Singapore Management University and is a certified Program & Project Management professional.

WEE HONG ONG
Wee Hong leads Stratenium’s TMT practice with over 20 years of leadership experience in IT and Telecommunications across Asia Pacific.
Throughout his career, he has consistently driven revenue growth and cost optimization for companies through the successful delivery of Digital Transformation programs across the Asia Pacific region and held impactful leadership roles in IT Business Relationship Management, Customer Success, Service Delivery, Project Management, Business Operations, and Chief Information Office with DXC Technology, HP Inc, Singapore Telecommunications and Orange Business Services
Beyond Stratenium, he also advises organisations as a fractional CIO/CTO on technology strategy and digital execution.

HENRY J. ROSLI
Henry has over 25 years of experience operating in emerging markets within ASEAN with a focus in GreenTech, ClimaTech and AgriTech. A trained electrical and radio engineer, he has successfully secured financing and implemented large-scale emerging technologies projects regionally.
His passion lies in long-term sustainability with a proven track record in developing and executing ESG strategies for organizations across Asia.
He is currently based in Surabaya, Indonesia and shuttles within the region for client engagements. Beyond Stratenium, he spends his time as an avid RC hobbyist.
